One is web designer

And another two are Computer Science Engineers. 

They dreamed a lot.

They thought a lot.

They worked a lot.

Who are three?

What they  thought?

What is their IDEA?

How they became billionaire over night?

They felt that if they get an Idea, they could do the wonders. But they never got a good Idea. Their need is like that.

Finally, they joined in a software company as the employees. Un fortunately, they left the job. Again they were  on the road to hunt the jobs. But they didn’t.

One day, they planned to meet in a garage         to discuss about their future plan. But they didn’t get even a single Idea. One of his friends  said “ any how we are not getting even  any single  idea, at least we will try to send our” party video clips ” to our friends”. Other friends also accepted his thought.

They tried once, twice, thrice like that they tried  several times, to send the “party video clips” to their friends. But they were not able to send the video clips. They have great  enthusiasm to send their videos to their long distance friends.  But failed to send the videos.

However, they have not disappointed. They analysed  as “ when we are sending data and photos etc., through electronic media and  getting information , why we are not able to send our video?” That is  their thousand crore  value question. They thought that if they were able to send the videos, crores of people can see the videos like other information, through the  internet. That is their innovative thought.

That is an Idea. That Idea only changed their lives. By getting this Idea, immediately  they decided to register “youtube.com”. They succeeded in sending video clips. Then they Registered “youtube.com” in February,2005. By May,2005 it has come to one stage. With in 5,6 months web site  was started as www.youtube.com.

Day by day they developed the web site extra ordinarily  with new designs,Softwares and techniques. Now we can see the videos in www.youtube.com . We can  down load   the videos clips. we can keep videos and we can send video clips to others. They designed the website www.youtube.com as multipurpose for universal netizeners. 

By February,2006, about 2. Crore people watched the site. By Aug.2006, it gone to  about 7 crore. Agin with in one year , viewers crossed to 8 crore.

If One day video clip viewers are 10 crores, then newly incoming video clips  are about 75,000. In viewers, most of them are youth only.   

Then,big companies like Google also went into dilemma. What to do? How to tackle this competition? ?????????????????????????????????.

Who created this wonder? Who are three? What they have created miracle? Why the viewers are increasing, day by day?

Again it is a thousand crore question?

Those are three, close friends. They are “Mr.Chad Harli” a web designer ,second one  is “Mr.Steev Chen” and the third one is “Mr.Javed Karim”. They designed a website  www.youtube.com. In this web site every one can see the video clip, down load, send others and keep the other video clips in this site at faster and faster. It is also a multi purpose and Universal site.

Because of their innovative Idea and tremendously creation of website , over night Google was discussed with these three friends and made an agreement and  purchased this website www.youtube.com , for $1.65 billion.( In our currency it is about Rs.7,425 crores.)

So, with in the night ,these three friends became  the billionaires.

 So, why not you ? .“one Idea can change your life, so dream, think and implement”

"BANK ACCOUNTS MINIMUM BALANCES"

Generally, people open the Bank accounts , Current  account for companies and S.B.Accounts for individuals because of their companies Bank transactions and Bank loans, savings, salaries credit and pensions and pass ports etc., Before opening Bank accounts , some people don't bother about the terms & conditions  of Bank accounts opening. After some months or years , they forget the Bank accounts  due to closure of businesses , shortage of money  or lack of accessability etc., and don't bother about transactions  and Bank minimum balances..Then, sloly the Banks,starts to debit the minimum balance charges  monthly or quarterly as the case may be, if the cash is below minimum balance in the accounts. Now ,the software created like that.      Finally, Bank a./c holders loose the total amounts and some times  banks  may  demand the amont to close the bank accounts. In turn , it is a  income to the Banks and loss to the Bank a/c holders.

Min. balances are differ from  one bank to another bank. For companies & Individuals C/A min. balances are Rs.1,00,000/-, Rs.25,000/-  Rs.10,000/- or Rs.7,000/-( in  private Banks ) and  Rs.5000/-  (in nationalised Banks).For SB/Ac Rs.1000/- or Rs.500/-.( with cheque book and without cheque book  respectively in nationalised banks), 

So, watch the  Bank accounts regularly and maintain minimum balances , if Bank accounts required , or else close the accounts and save the money. "save of one rupee means , earn of one rupee".

Is it possible to control the plastic carry bags and plastic tea cups usage in our daily life? which are causing to cancer and other health and skin problems  directly to  all the human beings, animals, Trees , plants and total environment.Hence , all the platic carry bags ,Tea cups and all the eatable food packing plastic papers should be banned.

Yes, it is possible. If the Gov.ment and other authorities show keen interest along with the small precautions, it is so simple to ban usage of plastic carry bags and  Tea cups etc., since Supreme court  already  given a judgement to ban  below 40 microns of plastic carry bags.

Now the Gov.ment and  authotities should take following steps to control the plastic usage:
1. G.O. to be passed to ban the plastic usage.
2. Create the awareness to the people about the problems by using of plastic
    carry bags and tes cups etc.,
3. Make costlier the inputs of plastic carry bags and Tea cups or on finished goods
    etc.,by increasing taxes viz.,VAT,Excise duty, Custom Duty etc.,
4. Do not give any permissions/licences to this type of industries ,in future.
5. Encourage for the alternative industries to the existing industrialists and  jobs to the employees.
6. Alternative carry bags like small gunny bags,paper bags and paper cups,glass
    cups may be allowed.
7. People and Industrialists should support and encourage the Gov.ment and other
    authorities.

   See, once the carry bags cost becomes Rs.3/- to Rs.5/-, automatically, people arrange their  
   own cloth bags or paper bags or gunny bags or boxes, regularly and permanently.
   But under any circumstances, neither shopers nor consumers penalised.
And by the same time end users should not suffer with cancer and other health problems.
