WHAT ARE THE MAIN CAUSES FOR THE CORRUPTION AND BLACK MONEY

Q. What are the main causes for the Corruption and Block money?

A: There are so many causes for the Corruption and Black Money.       Those are:

01.Increase of selfishness and abnormal needs and desires of the people. And as of date there is no Capable Rulers without having selfish ness and control with peace full  environment,  at least 80 % of the total people. 

02. Lot of Funds and opportunities available in the every year Budgets.

03.Un education and illiteracy.

04.Poor ness of the people

05.Regional, geographical and imbalances of natural resources.

06.Old sentiments, cultures, beliefs and weakness of the people.

07.Loop holes in laws and others.

08.As per the constitution "All are equal" But , in really, only poor and illiterate people are punishing so easily,  quickly and seriously, comparatively rich people , Corrupted people , Black Money and Fake money people.

09.Lack of identification of people with some secured Identification cards like "Aadhar Cards ' 'PAN Cards' and 'PASS PORTS"  etc., Lack of identification about good and honestly living people. There is no respect for faithfully and  morally and responsibly living people. Besides to that these people are looking like the  weak , calling as  innocent, useless, knowledge less and as waste candidates, in the society.

10.Further, if any one criticizes or complaints about the corrupted people, the law and order police concentrating their entire powers on criticizers and  punishing them seriously , on those who made complaints  in different ways.

11.Govt policies, G.Os.and Tenders etc.,giving chances to do corruption.

12.Lack of control on Govt and political powers.

13.More chances and powers to have lot of Un identified easy funds in  the politics and Govt. 

14.Defects in education system, Election system and Family  system in development of  children.

15.Because of people eagerness to get it finish their works with in minutes or hours. This type of behaviour leading to do the Corruption. 

16.Still Continuation of reservations for some casts, because of vote bank etc., making other casts to earn money  through other different roots (corruption) to survive in the society. 

17.Low salaries or delaying the salaries months together  in  industries, some times forcing to do the corruption to survive their life and family life.

18.The needs and desires of the people, loop holes in laws and Govt. policies, Political games etc., are  inspiring  the people to do the more corruption.

19.There are  no immediate punishments to the corrupted political leaders and bureaucrats. Even if punishments are there over period (after some years), the maximum punishment period may be 7  years. That also calculating from the day of going and attending the court.

20.There is no concrete system, procedure or laws to recover the entire Corrupted & Black money immediately from the  big corrupted people (leaders in corruption).

21.The 'Legislative' is ok, but the political leaders have the more domination and command , than the 'Law' (Judiciary).

22.Govt Departments and high level officers attitudes also making  the low level employees and people to do the corruptions. Govt. departments like Excise,Mines, Sales Tax,Income Tax, Municipal  Office, Mines departments, Electricity departments, Pension Offices, Secretariats, P&A sections , Hospitals etc.,

23.The Liberalization, Privatization and Globalization further given more freedom to increase  the  private Assets, Benami Assets  Corruption and Black Money etc.,from the year 2000-2001, then the Prime minister introduced the LPG system.  

24. Not accepting or encouraging the public  to inform about the corrupted people. Not protecting the the informing  people. Not taking any actions after informing about Corrupted people.
